Hardship: a blessing in disguise

Suffering and adversity are bad things and should be avoided at all costs. At least this is what any rational person would say for most of the time.No one goes out into the world asking

themselves how to make their lives miserable. But it’s hard to deny that overcoming hardship is often seen as a big inspiration for success.Journey to the West, the story impresses us not for the horrible monster, but the courage to overcome difficulties. Hardship is a blessing in disguise. It willincrease our knowledge, experience. It can develop his good quality and help him learn how to face trouble or a setback. It can make him stronger. He can draw a lesson from it and become maturer.

whenever you feel life pushing you around, don't get upset; it's trying to give you a lesson... to make you a better and stronger. It's one thing to learn from our hardships, but there's something even more special about seeing an inner message in those troubles.Hans Christian Andersen was a Danish author and poet, most famous for his fairy tales.such as "The Snow Queen", "The Little Mermaid", "The Emperor's New Clothes" and "The Ugly Duckling". During his lifetime, he was feted by royalty and acclaimed as having brought joy to children across Europe..In 1816, his father died and, in order to support himself, Andersen worked as an apprentice for both a weaver and a tailor. He later worked in a cigarette factory where his fellow workers humiliated him by betting on whether he was in fact a girl, pulling down his trousers to check. At the age of fourteen,

Andersen moved to Copenhagen seeking employment as an actor in the theatre. He had a pleasant soprano voice and succeeded in being admitted to the Royal Danish Theatre. This career stopped short when his voice broke. A colleague at the theatre had referred to him as a poet, and Andersen took this very seriously and began to focus on writing. after suffering much,he achieves his fame. Life is giving us a chance to re-evaluate our lives. To take a step back.

But just take a moment to wonder if this isn't a blessing in disguise. Maybe life's giving you a second chance or giving you time-out to regroup and reconnect. One of my favorite writers is Edgar Allan Poe. If you know anything about his life, you know he suffered more tragedies than any other human being really should have to endure. To list just a few things, he was orphaned at the age of three, his foster father abused him and his first wife died at an early age. His most famous work “The Raven” was sold for only $9.Despite these tragedies ,Poe wrote many

magnificent short stories and poems. Many biographers give credit to the unfortunate events in his life as inspiration for what he wrote and you can see his tragedies reflected in his work. Today he is often considered one of America’s greatest writers. But those who have the power to overcome their hardships build great life skills such as self-confidence and critical thinking. These are qualities you can bring to other areas of your life, notably your ambitions.

Affliction drive you more mature and independent.Mohandas “Mahatma” Gandhi was India’s most important political and spiritual leader. He is honoured in India as Father of the Nation. His non-violent protests led to independence for India from the British. His beliefs and actions have inspired civil rights movements across the globe. In South Africa, Gandhi faced discrimination and hardship wherever he went. He was treated as a third-class citizen by white people. This awakened in him questions about social justice and the role of the British in India. Between 1916 and 1945, Gandhi campaigned tirelessly to set India free from British rule. Gandhi's fame spread all over the nation. He was assassinated in 1948. Two years later, India became an independent republic.
